Dining Services - NetNutrition

Instructions:
NetNutrition is an online tool that can assist you in making wise choices to meet your nutritional goals when dining in Campus Dining Service locations. You will find this tool helpful to:

  • Identify and select well-balanced meals.
  • Confirm the nutritional content of your food choices.
  • Identify possible allergens and food intolerances.

How to use NetNutrition:

  • Select the dining location of your choice.
  • Review the menu, by selecting the date, the meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner) and your food choices.
  • Be sure to use the drop down box to select the number of portions.
  • Once you have made your selections, click “Add Items”.
  • As you add items to your meal, they will appear in the upper right corner of the page under My Meal.
  • You may review nutritional information by the meal (check Meal Nutrition) or by individual item (check Item Nutrition).
  • To delete an item, uncheck the box next to the item.

How to use NetNutrition for Allergy Screening:
You may find the most common food allergens and restricted foods listed on the right side of each page.

  • Check the allergens or foods you need to avoid.
  • If you are gluten intolerant, please check both wheat and gluten as the allergens to avoid. Items marked with a "G" (Gluten) icon contain barley and/or rye ingredients.
  • Items containing those allergens and food restrictions will be deleted from your choices. For example, if you checked the allergen/restriction box for milk, only items that do not contain milk will appear on the list of food choices.

Please note: While you can use NetNutrition to help you identify food allergies as you dine in Campus Dining Service locations, if you have experienced severe allergic reactions in the past, we encourage you to talk with a member of the management team for specific questions or concerns. All are willing and happy to assist you.
